Shipping & Delivery

At Emboss & Impress, we take pride in the fact that every item is made to order specifically for you. Because we 3D print our cutters and embossers right here in the UK, please allow a short processing time before your order ships.

Processing Times (How long it takes to make your items):

  • Standard Orders: Usually dispatched within 3–5 business days.

  • Bespoke/Custom Designs: Usually dispatched within 5–7 business days. (During busy seasonal periods like Christmas or Easter, these times may increase slightly.)

UK Shipping Options:

  • Royal Mail 1st Class: 1–2 business days from dispatch.

  • Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2–4 business days from dispatch.

  • Tracked Shipping: Full tracking provided via email once your order leaves our studio.

International Shipping: We love seeing our tools travel! We ship worldwide; delivery times vary by destination but typically take 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Please Note:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable) as soon as your order is on its way.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but if your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at info@embossandimpress.co.uk
