Shipping & Delivery

At Emboss & Impress, we take pride in the fact that every item is made to order specifically for you. Because we 3D print our cutters and embossers right here in the UK, please allow a short processing time before your order ships.

Processing Times (How long it takes to make your items):

• Standard Orders: Usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

• Bespoke/Custom Designs: Usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. During busy periods, especially Christmas, please allow extra processing time for both standard and custom orders.

Dispatch estimates cover the time needed to prepare your order. Postal delivery time is additional and starts after dispatch.

UK delivery

Available UK services include Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48. Eligible UK orders over £20 qualify for free delivery. The services and prices available for your order are shown at checkout.

Delivery time starts after dispatch. Please allow extra time during busy periods and for carrier delays.

International delivery

International delivery is available to selected destinations. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see whether a shipping service and rate are available for your order. If no delivery option is shown, please contact info@embossandimpress.co.uk before ordering.

Please Note:

• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable) as soon as your order is on its way.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but if your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at info@embossandimpress.co.uk
