Processing & Delivery Times

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12 PM (noon) will be processed the next business day

    📦 Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey.

    Shipping Locations

    Currently, we ship within the UK. If you are located outside the UK and wish to place an order, please contact us at info@embossandimpress.co.uk for assistance.

    Lost or Delayed Packages

    • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking number first.
    • If your package is delayed beyond 5 business days, contact us at info@embossandimpress.co.uk with your order number, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
