The Ultimate "Emboss & Impress" FAQ

1. Are your cutters food-safe? Yes! We use high-quality, food-safe PLA plastic for all our cutters and embossers. They are perfect for cookie dough, fondant, and even chocolate.

2. Can I use these for polymer clay? Absolutely. Many of our customers are clay artists! Our sharp cutting edges and detailed embossers work beautifully with polymer and air-dry clay. Note: We recommend keeping separate sets for food and non-food use.

3. How do I clean my cutters? Our products are made from eco-friendly PLA which is heat-sensitive. Please hand wash only in cool, soapy water. Do not put them in the dishwasher or use hot water, as this will cause the plastic to warp or melt.

4. Why is the colour of my cutter different from the photo? To keep our production moving quickly and prices low, we print using the high-quality PLA currently on our machines. While the colour may vary (usually white, grey, or mint), the design and quality remain exactly the same!

5. What is an "Embosser" vs. a "Cutter"? A Cutter gives you the outer shape of the cookie. An Embosser (or Stamp) presses a 3D design into the surface. We sell them as sets so you get the perfect "stamped" look every time.

6. Do you offer custom sizes? Yes! If you see a design you love but need it in a specific size for a project, just send us a message and we’ll see if we can scale it for you.
