Thank you for shopping at Emboss and Impress. We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- Eligibility: You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items (such as perishable goods, custom products, or final sale items) are not eligible for return. Please refer to the product description for details.
2. Refunds
- Inspection: Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable). This may occur for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please contact us at info@embossandimpress.co.uk for further assistance.
- Process: If an exchange is approved, we will ship the new item to you once we have received the defective item.
4. Shipping
- Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item, you may be required to pay the shipping cost for sending your item to us and for shipping the replacement item to you.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Return Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- Packaging: Make sure your item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
